About Me
My path to psychotherapy was inspired by my personal journey of growth and transformation, transitioning from a high-pressure corporate career to a fulfilling exploration of self-discovery, through psychotherapy, supervision, Buddhist meditation practices, and spirituality. This journey is complemented by two master’s degrees in psychotherapy—one with a humanistic focus and the other grounded in scientific evidence-based practices—along with other specialized certifications.
I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach, including Mindfulness, Metacognitive therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, Humanistic and trauma-informed practices. I am dedicated to honoring and supporting the unique identities and life experiences that define each individual.
